Hotels in and around the downtown historic area begin around $129
with a medium price around $175 per night. Hotels generally offer
interior access to the rooms, concierge and bellman service, and
have both a restaurant and a bar. In addition to the base rate,
most charge additional for overnight parking. Rates vary slightly
in the off season
Motels
Motels in the Santa Fe area range from $49.00 - $119.00. Motels
generally offer exterior room access and are not full service.
Many of the motels are situated in the Santa Fe's newer commercial
district along major access highways. Price does vary depending
on location, amenities and tend to be more centered around their
parking and tend to be located on the chain store side of town.
Price is primarily determined by décor and location.
Bed &
Breakfasts
Rooms in Santa Fe's Bed and Breakfasts cost from about $79.00
- $200.00. The obvious advantage of a B&B is either a full
or continental breakfast is included. The B&B's in Santa Fe
are generally either Victorian or Southwestern in their décor.
The Bed and Breakfast tend to have large variation in room size
and quality of accommodations. The other thing to be aware of
is not all Bed and Breakfasts in Santa Fe have Private bath.
Condominiums
Condominiums are available for $165.00 per night and up.
Price varies, depending on location, number of bedrooms and amenities.
Generally the Condos work better for large families or ski vacations.
There are a number of nice condos at the beginning of the road
to the ski basin.
Vacation Rentals
Vacation rentals include small casitas, as well as multi-bedroom
homes.Prices range from $79.00 for an efficiency unit to $300.00.
The vacation rentals can often be very economical for the amount
of space you get for the amount paid and often include full kitchens/washer
dryers, and other amenities.
